Autometrics

Really great, thorough service. The staff are friendly and straightforward about costs and necessary repairs. Procedure is very transparent, with an itemized list of all checks made and photographs of what needs to be fixed/why. The itemized list includes cost of parts and labor. Took my Toyota Corolla in and thank god I did! It runs very quietly and smoothly now. Will be back!

Great service! Automatics was highly recommended to me from a nearby tire shop that I have used repeatedly. Thank you for recommending Autometrics! They did a great job servicing my car

Beyond satisfied with my experience at Autometrics. Alfredo went above and beyond to explain exactly what was going on with my car (and took pictures to show me!), and got my 2008 Camry safe and ready for a cross-country move. Prices seem fair, service is exceptional, and the repairs were scheduled and done quickly. If I wasn't about to move, I would be returning here for all my repair and maintenance services. I will be referring my friends here!

Autometrics took care of my check engine light and gave me a list of repairs recommended. I look forward to going back and having them continue to maintain my vehicles! Thank you Victor, Alfredo, and any other staff member that I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet! Bruce

This was our first visit to Autometrics. We got their name from a neighbor who recommended them and said she trusted them completely. We were NOT disappointed by her recommendation! Three things we appreciated: 1) They are excellent communicators. From estimates, to recommendations, to sending post-visit digital paperwork with photos for our records, they took the time on the phone to patiently explain problems to both my husband and me in lay people's terms. 2) They are efficient. They agreed to have our car towed the same day I called and got back to us within hours with their estimate. 3) They are honest. No needless work done. While we paid for an inspection, they didn't find anything that needed replacing. Our battery was so dead, and it could not be jumped, so they put it on a charger, and it was ready to go. Their inspection turned up other issues like dirty fluids, dirty filters, and cracks in the tires. These were issues that didn't make them money since these could be handled less expensively elsewhere. And they told us that. 4) They found mistakes made by other mechanics -- like a battery terminal attachment installed incorrectly. I'm so relieved to find a good me
